Question
Describe your tenant isolation model and how it satisfies SOC 2 Type 2 + EU AI Act Article 50.
APEX Draft
PYRAMYD enforces tenant isolation at three layers: row-level security policies on every Postgres table [1], tenant-isolated graph slices backed by per-tenant graph embeddings [2], and per-tenant inline vector indexes (HNSW) that cannot cross-traverse [3].
Cross-tenant data flow is impossible by design: every read and every write passes through an auth context that's revalidated at the row, query, and embedding-index level. The architecture is reviewed annually under our SOC 2 Type 2 audit [4] and the AI surface satisfies EU AI Act Article 50's August 2026 transparency mandate through entity-level citation hierarchies on every APEX answer [5].

Competitive benchmark
The platforms you'd compare us to — and why sales on the graph is different.
| Loopio / Responsive | Standalone RFP platforms with enterprise pricing. Strong libraries; built on stored content, not live product data. |
| Highspot / Seismic | Sales enablement content leaders. Excellent for content management and analytics; not graph-native and not built for competitive intelligence. |
| Arphie / Inventive | Newer AI-first RFP drafting tools. Same library-based architecture; no underlying enterprise-software graph to ground answers in. |
| PYRAMYD | RFX is bundled into the Product Graph subscription — no separate tool, no stale content library, and every response is grounded in live competitor and category data. |
Every Sales Enablement and RFP tool today is built on stale content libraries. PYRAMYD's responses are grounded in a live graph that auto-updates every week.
