Do I have to buy the whole platform?+
No. Every account starts on the free Workspace — Home, Studio, the Library and APEX, the copilot — and it never expires. When a team needs more, Starter adds the one hub you choose — Markets, Products, Competitors or Accounts — and Growth adds all four.
What's the difference between the plans?+
Starter opens one hub you choose — Markets, Products, Competitors or Accounts — and every module in it. Growth opens all four hubs and every module in them. Enterprise has the same hubs as Growth, a larger shared APEX allowance on fair use, single sign-on and automatic user provisioning, on an annual contract set up with our team.
Can I buy a single hub on its own?+
Yes: that is Starter. Pick the one hub your team needs when you check out, and switch to another at your next renewal. The page lists what every hub holds, so you can see exactly what you get.
How does the APEX allowance work?+
Every account gets a monthly APEX allowance: 100,000 tokens on the free Workspace, and 2 million per editor on Starter and Growth, shared by the whole team. Enterprise has 5 million per editor, shared, on fair use: it never cuts off. Need more? Buy tokens: they never expire and are used once the month's allowance is spent.
Monthly or annual — what's the difference?+
Annual is 20% off the monthly rate on the same plan; both are shown per seat a month with the toggle above, and the numbers come straight from Stripe.
Can we change or cancel?+
Change plans from your billing page. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing month with no fee; annual plans run the 12-month term and can be changed at renewal.
Can people without a seat see our work?+
Yes. A share link lets anyone read a report, an answer or a battlecard you share, with its sources attached.
We only need one competitor answered.+

Can I buy a single 360 report?+
Not yet. Single Competitor 360, Account 360, Product 360 and Market 360 reports are coming. The reports page lists each one, with its price, as soon as it goes on sale.
Can I keep a battlecard up to date?+
Yes. Rebuild it whenever you need it, and each rebuild is paid with tokens: you see its estimate first, and it never uses more than the maximum you set. Tokens come in packs (1 million tokens for $100, 5 million tokens for $450, 20 million tokens for $1,600) and never expire.
