Migration Guide · Sales Enablement

Highspot → PYRAMYD. 30-day cutover.

Sales enablement is becoming a multi-entity reasoning problem · buyer + persona + competitor + category + product · not a content-library problem. PYRAMYD ships the graph substrate that content-library tools need to compose answers from today.

Why teams move

Content-library architectures bolt AI on top of stored documents. The buyer journey is a multi-entity reasoning problem · competitor × persona × category × product × deal stage. PYRAMYD's graph substrate is purpose-built for that shape.

Same migration pattern applies to Seismic.

The 30-day timeline

Four weeks. Four phases.

Assumes existing Highspot or Seismic deployment with a typical Salesforce + Gong + Outreach integration footprint, plus an active CI and Sales team.

Week 1 · Discovery

  • Export Highspot content library · spots, pitches, playbooks, plays, owner mapping
  • Inventory current Highspot integrations · Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Microsoft Teams
  • Identify the 3 highest-revenue content surfaces where graph grounding pays back fastest (typically: battle cards, RFP responses, deal-stage briefings)
  • Joint scoping with PYRAMYD design-partner success team

Week 2 · Content port

  • Import Highspot content (CSV / JSON / API)
  • Tag content against graph entities · competitor, product, capability, account, deal-stage
  • Wire Salesforce + Gong integrations so content surfaces in the same place reps look today
  • Train 3-5 enablement power users on graph-grounded content recommendation

Week 3 · Parallel test

  • Pick a deal-stage moment (discovery, demo prep, RFP response, close). Run it through both Highspot and PYRAMYD in parallel
  • Compare: content recency, citation count, relevance to the specific deal context
  • Wire MCP server to your internal copilot or Gong; AEs ask the graph at deal-stage moments without leaving their workflow
  • Calibrate against your team's editorial voice · first round of approved-style content drafted by the graph

Week 4 · Cutover + Highspot sunset

  • Migrate remaining active spots and pitches
  • Disable Highspot push to Salesforce; PYRAMYD becomes the upstream source
  • Cancel Highspot renewal at next contract date · typical 30-day notice clause
  • QBR alignment: Sales + Enablement on the new substrate; baseline 30-60-90 day content-usage + win-rate KPIs
