- Authorize Mortgage Funding Only After Validating That Closing Conditions, Executed Documents, Wire Instructions, and Disbursement Figures Match Approved Loan Terms
- Audit Closed Loan Packages for Completeness, Signatures, Notarization, TRID Disclosures, Investor Requirements, and Record-retention Readiness
- Clear Post-closing Exceptions by Coordinating with Processors, Closers, Title Agents, Custodians, Investors, and Servicing Teams Until Each File Is Salable
- Maintain Accurate Loan Status, Funding Dates, Document Indexes, Exception Notes, and Delivery Milestones in the Loan Origination System
- Manage Trailing Documents Such as Recorded Mortgages, Final Title Policies, Riders, Assignments, and eNote Evidence Until Receipt and Investor Transfer
- Register, Transfer, and Reconcile eNotes and Mortgage Identification Data Through MERS and Approved eVault Workflows When Loans Close Electronically
