Competition Hub · Analyst coverage
Know your Wave position before Forrester does.
Analyst reports tell you where you stood when the research closed. The graph is still watching — so we can tell you which way you and your competitors are moving before the next edition prints.

What this is, and isn't
We don't resell analyst reports.
What you bring
The reports your company is licensed to read. They land in your tenant, visible only to people you grant access, and are never pooled with another customer's data or republished. If you cancel, they leave with you.
What we add
The part a PDF can't do: your placement becomes queryable data alongside the live market, and the same evidence that scores your competitors projects where the axes move next.
The Big 3
Three frameworks, one crosswalk.
Each house measures different things. Rather than flatten them into a generic score, the crosswalk maps our eight dimensions onto each framework's own axes.
Gartner Magic Quadrant
Ability to execute × Completeness of vision
The 2×2 everyone screenshots. We read your placement and every competitor's from the edition you upload.
IDC MarketScape
Capabilities × Strategies, weighted by market presence
Presence is a real third dimension here, not decoration — the model carries it through the projection.
Forrester Wave
Current offering × Strategy, with market presence
Criterion-level scoring, which is why a Wave move usually shows up in the underlying evidence first.
How the forecast works
We predict the movement, not the level.
This is the design decision that makes the forecast usable: because we project the change rather than an absolute position, the prediction applies on top of the report's real ingested placement — whatever methodology produced it.
- 01
You upload what you're licensed for
Your copy of the report, into your tenant. It is never shared across customers and never republished — we are not a redistribution channel for analyst content.
- 02
The placement is read into the graph
Vendors, axes, and criterion scores are extracted and matched to the companies and products already in the graph, so a placement stops being a picture and becomes data you can query.
- 03
The same evidence scores the market
The eight-dimension Competitive Score already runs on live signals, hiring, filings, reviews, and the competitor's own website — the crosswalk maps those dimensions onto the analyst axes.

We project the next edition
Each dimension moves forward by its own momentum, gated by the modelled probability of a strategic move, then the axes are re-rolled. The output is the DELTA — where you and your rivals shift.
In plain terms: each of the eight dimensions moves forward by its own recent momentum, damped over the horizon and gated by how likely the models think a real strategic move is. Those projected dimensions are re-rolled through the same crosswalk that produced the current position — and what you get back is the shift on each axis, with the evidence that drove it.
What you do with it
Briefing season, with homework done.
Walk into the briefing with evidence
Bring the movement you can already demonstrate — hiring, releases, review sentiment, ecosystem — rather than a narrative the analyst has to take on faith.
See a rival's climb early
A competitor's axis movement usually shows up in the underlying evidence months before it shows up in a quadrant.
Brief the board honestly
Where you sit, where you're heading, and what would have to be true to move — with the sources attached.
Prioritise the gap
The crosswalk shows which dimension is actually holding an axis back, so investment goes where the position moves.
Arm the field
Placement context flows into battlecards, so reps answer “where are you in the Wave?” without guessing.
Track it over time
Scores snapshot daily, so the trajectory is visible between editions instead of once a year.
Bring your latest placement.
We'll show you where the live evidence says you and your closest rival are heading before the next edition — in a session on your category.
