Ask every buyer. Pay for their time.
A closed deal asks for itself, the respondent gets a real reward for answering, and what they say lands in your win/loss record instead of a survey tool.
End to end

Ask, pay, mine, land, prove. Hover any station for what is happening inside it.

Why it works this way
Three things a survey tool cannot do.
The sample picks itself
Ask people manually and you will, without meaning to, ask about the deals that went well. Here every deal marked won or lost queues its own request, keyed so the same deal can never be asked twice.
Incentives are a gate, not a giveaway
Who earns a reward is a condition over what someone actually answered, evaluated server-side. You can pay decision-makers only, or detractors only, and one completed response can only ever produce one payout.
The answer has somewhere to go
Because responses stay bound to their deal, a buyer naming a missing feature becomes evidence in your win/loss record, on the battlecard for that competitor, and in the gap that argues for building it.
Bring the last ten deals you closed.
We will show you what asking all ten would have surfaced — and where each answer would have landed in your win/loss record and your battlecards.
