What it is
Library is the enterprise content surface that sits across every Studio asset: products, companies, contacts, taxonomies, APEX chats, roadmaps, files, attachments. Scope ranges from personal (your own library) to team to the whole workspace. Every asset carries full usage tracking: who viewed it, when, from where, how long, and which actions followed. Share-link analytics expose active links, expiry dates, and last-used timestamps. The audit panel captures access, mutation, permission, integration, and automation events for the SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audit trail.

Every asset lives in one of three scopes. Personal items are private until shared up; team items inherit team permissions; company items inherit workspace defaults. The hierarchical model means raising scope expands visibility cleanly without a per-user re-share.

Every asset tracks five event categories: access (views, opens, downloads), mutation (edits, comments, renames), permission (shares, revokes), integration (push to CRM/Slack), automation (Agent runs against this asset). Windowed analytics at 7d / 30d / 90d / all-time.

Every share link carries telemetry: active status, last-used timestamp, scheduled expiry, unique viewer count, originating geo distribution. Useful for understanding which external links are actually getting traction and which are stale and safe to revoke.

The audit panel surfaces every Library event in chronological order with full event detail. Filter by user, by event category, by date range, by asset type. Export to CSV for the audit team or pipe directly to your SIEM via webhook.
