What it is
Prompts Manager is the central place to manage the prompts that power PYRAMYD's AI assistants and automated workflows. Edit prompts in a clear, syntax-highlighted editor, version every change with a side-by-side comparison, and roll back any version instantly. A/B test two variants against a controlled share of traffic, and filter prompts by domain, by audience, or by the feature that uses them. It lets you fine-tune the AI's voice and behavior without touching code.

Each prompt keeps a full version history. Every change shows a side-by-side comparison against the prior version, along with who made it, when, and a short note. Roll back to any earlier version in one click, which is invaluable when an experimental change underperforms in production.

Define an alternate variant alongside the live prompt and send a configurable share of traffic to each. Outcome tracking shows which variant performs better against the success measure you choose, such as the depth of citations, response length, or how often it leads to a useful next step.

Filters help administrators quickly find the prompt they want to tune. Narrow by domain, such as competitive intelligence, revenue operations, or product operations, by audience, such as analyst, account executive, or executive, or by which AI assistant uses the prompt. Saved filter sets bring common editing workflows back in a single click.

Editing is reserved for workspace administrators, so everyday users can't accidentally degrade the AI's behavior. Everyone else gets view-only access to see which prompt is running, which helps analysts understand why the assistant answered a question a certain way.
