What it is

ICP Analysis.

ICP Analysis lets you define an Ideal Customer Profile from industry, company-size, and buyer-role criteria, save it for reuse, and use it to discover matching buyer personas, competitor customers, prospect companies, and contacts. It brings profile definition, buyer profiling, and account and contact discovery together so revenue teams can move from a target definition to a working prospect list.

Top 4 capabilities

The most impactful capabilities.

Each capability is the parent of dozens of typed features in the production taxonomy. Hover any feature in Studio to drill into the underlying nodes.

01

Derived from who actually reviewed you

Most tools ask you to assert your ideal customer. This one builds it from the companies that have actually evaluated software in the category, joined through the reviewer's employer, industry, role and country — so the profile reflects who buys rather than who you hoped would.

02

A saved ICP is a live rule, not a document

The saved profile carries a versioned rule referencing taxonomy nodes, and is re-scored on a schedule against a candidate set. The run records its weights and buckets, so a change in the list can be explained rather than just noticed.

03

Lookalikes that have not met you yet

Scoring the wider company universe on industry, country and size — with a bonus where more than one agrees — and then removing existing reviewers produces net-new accounts, rather than the flattering list of your own customers that lookalike features built on CRM data tend to return.

04

Per-dimension contribution, with gaps declared

Scoring is a weighted sum of per-dimension matches returned with their contributions, so a low score is arguable rather than opaque. A dimension with nothing behind it returns a stated reason instead of being quietly folded in at zero.
