Reviews Analytics

One review corpus across G2, TrustRadius, Gartner Peer Insights, Gartner Digital Markets, and Product Hunt — vectorized, so any capability can be evidenced by the reviews that actually discuss it.

What it is

Reviews Analytics.

Reviews Analytics brings third-party customer reviews for a product into one sortable, filterable workspace with a detailed view of any single review. It overlays a sentiment trend chart with competitive-intelligence and news markers, so you can see how a product is received in the market and understand exactly when and why sentiment shifts.

Top 4 capabilities

The most impactful capabilities.

Each capability is the parent of dozens of typed features in the production taxonomy. Hover any feature in Studio to drill into the underlying nodes.

01

Every review carries its graph keys

A review here is not a free-standing document. Because each row links to the product, the vendor, the reviewer and their employer, the same corpus answers both “what do buyers say about this product” and “what do this account's staff say about the tools they run” without a second dataset.

02

Semantic retrieval, with a staleness trigger

Reviews are embedded and indexed for similarity search, so a capability question retrieves the reviews that actually discuss it rather than the newest five. A database trigger clears the vector whenever the text, product or reviewer details change, so a corrected review cannot keep serving its old meaning.

03

Switching evidence as a first-class field

Because the switch fields are their own columns, competitor mentions can be extracted with polarity taken from the score, giving battlecards and win/loss a sourced switching narrative with citations attached.

04

Four sub-scores, and sentiment per capability

Weakness can be attributed to a dimension rather than a star count, and sentiment is persisted against the individual feature with a trend series — so “they are slipping on support” is a number with a history, not an impression.
