What it is
Studio Dashboards is where teams design and share interactive dashboards. A drag-and-drop canvas offers 20 widget types spanning charts, tables, gauges, KPI tiles, text, images, filters, geographic maps, and richer visuals like heatmaps, treemaps, waterfalls, and histograms. Teammates can edit the same dashboard at once without overwriting each other, reshape any view in plain English through an AI command bar, organize work across multiple pages, embed dashboards publicly, and export them in a wide range of formats. Your work saves automatically and can be rolled back to an earlier version at any time.

Custom Widget Types adds seven richer visualizations on top of the standard catalogue: heatmap, treemap, waterfall, sankey, histogram, box plot, and an embeddable graph view. Each one works just like a built-in widget, including shared formatting and cross-filtering, so the whole dashboard stays consistent.

The Data Pipeline manages the data behind every widget. It can use data already in the dashboard or fetch it on demand, join multiple sources together, add calculated fields and measures, and apply reusable formatting rules. It is set up once per dashboard and shared across every view.

Export and Format Conversion produces nine downloadable formats, including PDF, image, web page, Markdown, Word, Excel, and spreadsheet files, plus a print-ready view. Spreadsheet exports rebuild their contents directly from each widget's live data and formatting, while document exports are generated from the rendered dashboard or a template.

The Widget Library covers every way you shape a widget, from its type and data to its layout and styling. It offers a broad set of chart, value, gauge, text, image, and filter widgets plus the custom visuals, and every widget keeps its identity as you move or rename it, even across pages.
